Zoap took Best Hybrid Flower at the 2022 LA Cannabis Cup. Deep East bred it with Compound Genetics as a cross of Rainbow Sherbert #11 x Pink Guava. It smells like candy soap, and the effect sits in the middle: some lift, some body. Where it comes from

The name is about the smell. Zoap has a clean, soapy floral candy aroma that you notice the second you open the jar. Both parents are exotic-tier cuts. Rainbow Sherbert #11 is Compound Genetics' sherbert phenotype, frosty and fruit-forward with deep purple and orange coloring. Pink Guava is a candy-sweet floral hybrid, and that's where the guava and tropical-fruit notes come from.

The buds are dense with bright orange pistils and purple accents, and the trichome coat is thick enough that the flower looks dusted. It's one of the better looking jars we carry.

Smell and taste

Fruity, floral, and clean. Almost cosmetic, in a good way. In order:

• Sweet candy and bubblegum when you first break a nug
• Floral notes (lavender, rose) over tropical fruit
• Guava, sherbet, a bit of citrus
• A light gas finish at the end
• Limonene and linalool lead the terpene profile

Zoap THCA flower ships under the 2018 Farm Bill until December 11, 2026, when federal law adopts a total-THC standard that counts THCA. That date was November 12 until H.R. 6500, signed September 2, 2026, moved it by 29 days for naturally occurring cannabinoids. Is Zoap indica or sativa?
A balanced hybrid that leans a little indica. You get a lift in the head first, then a relaxed body wave. It doesn't sedate you like a pure indica and it doesn't race like a strong sativa.

What does Zoap taste like?
Sweet candy, bubblegum, floral notes (lavender, rose), tropical guava, and a light gas finish. Limonene and linalool are the dominant terpenes, which is why it reads as clean and candy-floral.

Why is Zoap called "Zoap"?
The name comes from the clean, soap-like floral candy smell. It nods to the Zkittlez lineage genetics that were everywhere in the early 2020s, mixed with the floral cleanness of the Pink Guava parent.
